Follow me to the Arch

For my last year in St. Louis, I will devote time to explore and revisit all it has to offer.
This weekend I chose to re-explore the breathtaking Gateway Arch.

Standing 630 ft high, the Gateway Arch is the gem of St. Louis.
It provides breathtaking views of the city of St. Louis on one side,
and the Mississippi River and Illinois on the other side.
It was built in the 1960's and represents the Westward Expansion of the United States.
If you're ever in the Midwest, this is definitely one of the sites to see.

Spring time Lime

Spring in the midwest is so spotty.
One day it's beautiful and 80 degrees out,
the next it's thunder and rainstorms and 40 degrees.
So I like to take advantage of all the beautiful days before it gets too hot.

Shhh!! Don't tell the boyfriend I showered with Frank!

Hey Babes, Today I checked out what all the rave is about with Frank Body Coffee Scrub
And let me tell you, I agree with all that rave 100%, Frank is sure to satisfy.
Frank will get nakeddirty, a little rough, and get clean with you.

Frank Coffee Scrub is a mix of coffee (roasted and ground arabica coffee beans)
with 7oz of sweet almond, orange, vitamin E and other healthy ingredients for your skin.
Frank targets cellulite, stretch marks, psoriasis, eczema, and acne.

Each bag is $14.95 with free shipping in the US.
You only use about two handfuls each scrub, so a bag can usually last about a month (a STEAL!).
Frank suggests you shower with him at least twice a week.
Follow @frank_bod on instagram to see other people's stories with Frank
and visit their website (link above).

I love the concept of Frank Bod.
Not only does it leave your skin feeling softer than a baby's bottom,
it plays to your sensual side (read the instructions above).

Frank, I love the feel of you on my skin, you did me well today.
Now let's keep us showering together a secret!

Follow Me To The Disneyworld of MLB

I had the pleasure of attending Game 2 of the season for the St. Louis Cardinals. Though I'm not a huge baseball fan, it's hard not to get wrapped up in the excitement with the diehard fans in red.
St. Louis Cardinals offers student discount rates with free t-shirts. Check out mlb.com for more information.

This year, St. Louis and the St. Louis Cardinals showed the rest of the nation what this city is about. The grand opening of Ball Park Village, adjacent to the stadium, was just in time for the 1st game of the season. People have called it, "The Disneyworld of the MLB". With a museum of all the Cardinals hall-of-fame baseball memorabilia, to ten restaurants and bars with aerial views into the stadium to watch the game, St. Louis Cardinals fans as well as baseball fanatics should definitely come to experience the excitement here. The main bar has a 40ft wide LED TV that projects exactly what the screen in the stadium does to make you feel like you're right there watching the game too, and essentially is a huge a$$ sports bar. It's INSANE. Check out all the happenings, food, drinks, and games at Ball Park Village. St Louis, you know how to please your fans.
